For a period of 36 months from the date of purchase, Blooming Bidet will repair or replace any part that proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service.

Residential Products

We provide warranty on the Blooming Bidet to the original purchaser, installed in a residential setting. This warranty is effective for the North American 120 volt UL approved models NB-1163 and NB-R1063.

Mechanical Warranty

The warranty covers all parts to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Finish Warranty

The warranty does not cover scratching or staining from use of chemicals or cleaning agents.

Authorized Sellers

The Blooming Bidet warranty applies to sales from Authorized sellers only.

Limitations

The warranty does not cover the cost to return the damaged product to the Authorized Service Facility nor does it cover the cost of removal or installation of the product. It does not cover the loss of use while the unit is out of service.

Warranty does not cover

Service trips to your home.
Improper installation, delivery or maintenance.
Damaged caused after delivery.
Failure of the product due to abuse, misuse or use for other than intended purposes.
Use of the product for commercial purposes.
Damage to the product caused by accident, fire, floods or acts of God.
Incidental or Consequential damage caused by possible defects with this product.

Voiding Warranty

Defects occurred from the user’s careless handling.
Defects occurred from the usage with incorrect power voltage (Eg. 220V was used with a 120V Bidet).
Defects occurred from the improper repair done by user other than our service engineer.
Defects occurred from forced majeure (fire, slat, flood, etc.)
Failure or damage due to the dropping, etc. (user’s mis-handling) during the operation after the bidet is installed.
Defects that have occurred from interior modifications by the user.
In the case that the life cycle of any parts have expired or exceeding 3 year.

Exclusion of Implied Warranties

Your sole and exclusive remedy is product repair as provided in this limited warranty. Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one year or the shortest period allowed by law.

Blooming Bidet Care and Cleaning Tips

Do:
Clean the product with a little soap and a damp cloth then simply rinse off and wipe dry.
Don’t:

Do not use abrasive sponges or scouring agents for cleaning.

We also advise against the use of solvents, spray cans containing benzene, or acidic cleaners, lime scale removers, household vinegar and cleaning agents containing acetic acid.

How to measure the Toilet Seat Size?

Elongated seat is oval shaped seats which is about 2″ longer than a round bowl and often found to be more comfortable but in small bathroom, a round bowl can save space.

What are the different type of toilets?

One piece toilet (Type A below) has the toilet housed in one complete unit where Two pieces toilet(Type B below) has a separate bowl and tank. Only exception will be rare types of one piece toilets with severe French curves (Type C below) where toilet tank connects to the base of toilet.

What type of electrical outlets do bidet toilet seats require?

Bidet toilet seats require GFCI protected 3 prong grounded outlets of at least 15 amps.

How much power do bidet seats draw?

Tank type bidet seats generally draw a maximum of 600W at their peak, while tankless type bidet seats draw up to 1400W at their peak. However, a bidet seat will only draw a high wattage during an active wash cycle when all temperatures are set to maximum levels. Maybe 4-5 minutes per day. The vast majority of the time, the bidet seat will be sitting idle with very low power draw (especially if eco modes are active). They do not require dedicated circuits so long as there aren’t any other heavy appliance that are active on the same circuit.

Is GFCI necessary?

For new outlets installed in a bathroom, electrical code requires GFCI protected outlets. If you happen to have an older bathroom with pre-existing outlets that do not have GFCI protection, a bidet seat can still be installed and work fine. However, GFCI protection is strongly recommended in water borne environments like bathrooms and kitchens.
